Horst Janssen (1929-1995) was an exceptional artist, an awesome drawer, graphic artist, etcher, xylographer, lithographer, book illustrator and writer. His talent and his egocentric and provocative character made him world-famous. To draw for him was not preparation for a later work of art, but the work itself. The exhibition at the City Museum Bruneck/Brunico shows pieces with the focus on self-portraits, still-lifes and landscapes.
